A crowd has gathered in the bar to see the chef at work. As he plates up his sculptural meal, a pair of rabbits with sauteed veg, the crowd gets larger. The suspense increases as he manoeuvres a plastic bag of sauce above the dish, and the audience become stilled with anticipation. Then as the bag is pierced, releasing the ruby fluids to cascade down a chain onto the carcasses a delicious smell of caramelised onions and wine accompanies a rapturous applause.
Mr. Bozeat: “I enjoyed that, they’re always a bit, well you don’t know what your going to get at the end. It’s nice to just leave it now and see whether the ‘audience’ will tuck in.”
Now, moments later discussion flirts around whether or not to tuck in to this lovely pair of rodents. Stay tuned to see what happens.
